		<description>Online learning is more consistent with the fundamental way people learn and acquire information because it puts the learner in the driver&#039;s seat. By ridding learning of the sage on the stage, we emplower students to find that guide on the side. By eliminating the endless lecturer in which a fraction of what is heard is retained we emplower the learner to find his own answers. Hopefully, it will become standard in every classroom. Or maybe we know we&#039;ve gotten there when there is no classroom?
