By ridding learning of the sage on the stage, we emplower students to find that guide on the side. By eliminating the endless lecturer in which a fraction of what is heard is retained we emplower the learner to find his own answers. Hopefully, it will become standard in every classroom. Or maybe we know we've gotten there when there is no classroom?
